EGRs pre-deployment fitness course is based on personal exercises and regimes used by our team before or after they deploy on operations and or jobs. It is the perfect course for those who want to get to a standard of elite fitness for deployment, entry into the forces or want to build and maintain a fighting machine fit for any environment. 
The course runs for 8 weeks and is broken down into 4, 2 week blocks consisting of running, weights training and tactical advances to battle (TABs).
This course can be tailored to the end users needs or goals but the main goals include:
2.2km run in 9m15s
2 mile run in 15mins
8 mile run in 1hour 30mins
Complete the MURPH cross-fit workout in 45mins
8 km TAB in under 50mins

This course is ONLY available for those currently serving or retired from the military, government agencies and security professionals
